By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Courtney Maier & Associates is a coaching and consulting practice based in North Vancouver, BC, Canada, operating as a division of 1562788 B.C. LTD. We offer services including but not limited to Strategic Consciousness Coaching, energy healing, Human Design readings, animal communications,  workshops, retreats, group events, and related products and services.

2. Services

Our services — including but not limited to Strategic Consciousness Coaching, energy healing modalities such as Reiki, Pranic Energy Healing, Human Design readings, animal communication, workshops, retreats, and related offerings — are intended for personal growth, self-development, and clarity. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, medical advice, psychological treatment, or any other professional health service.

By engaging our services you acknowledge that:

• Coaching and related services are a collaborative process and results depend significantly on your own engagement, effort, and commitment

• Courtney Maier & Associates makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, results, or transformations

• If you are currently working with a mental health professional, it is your responsibility to ensure our services are appropriate alongside that care

3. Bookings and Payments

• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice

• Payments processed through our third-party payment provider are subject to their terms

• By completing payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Individual Sessions

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without refund at our discretion.

Packages

Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have commenced. If you need to pause or discontinue a package, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your circumstances.

Workshops and Events

Cancellations made more than 7 days before a workshop or event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or applied as a credit toward a future event at our discretion.

Retreats

Retreat-specific cancellation terms will be outlined at the time of booking and may require a non-refundable deposit.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of everything shared during sessions. Information disclosed will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except in the following circumstances:

• Where disclosure is required by law

• Where there is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to yourself or others

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients. We reserve the right to discontinue services at any time if a client engages in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or disrespectful toward Courtney Maier or any associate. In such cases, a pro-rated refund for unused sessions may be issued at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programs — including text, frameworks, tools, worksheets, exercises, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Courtney Maier & Associates and is protected by applicable copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any of our content without prior written permission. Personal use for your own growth and development is permitted.

8. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of any content. We are not liable for any decisions made based on information found on our website. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Courtney Maier & Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those services.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
