Hello, my name is Courtney Maier. I possess a unique blend of corporate and energy-based expertise, having worked over 16 years as a corporate executive and over 6 years as an energy healer and intuitive. I am an Executive Coach, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Guide.
I provide energy and intuition-based knowledge and tools through a strategic business lens to empower you to achieve your personal and professional goals.
I live in North Vancouver, BC, Canada with my husband and dog, and work with clients all over the world.
Strategic Consciousness
Strategic Consciousness uses energy healing and intuition to help you better understand yourself—your thought patterns, emotions, behaviors, and relationships—and identify where you may be subconsciously creating barriers. It fosters a deeper awareness and aligns it with meaningful action, enabling you to execute a purposeful plan that leads to prosperity, in however you define success.
It’s a secret weapon to navigate through life more easily. You become proactive rather than reactive, grounded in a sense of calm through the chaos. This is because everything is energy, and energy can be transformed. Energy and intuition work will help you clarify your intentions, remove internal blockages (such as inner saboteurs, imposter syndrome, scarcity mindset, etc.), and develop your inherent intuitive abilities to achieve success.
My Approach
Each client I work with is unique and so is my approach.
All sessions are customized to your individual needs and goals. I guarantee confidentiality, a safe space to speak freely without judgement, and for my work to be in the highest service to you. I meet you where you are at in your life and provide flexible options to support and guide you through your transformation.
Starting with a Reiki energy session, I read your energy field and chakras to understand areas of blockage at both an energetic and physical level. For example, a blocked basic chakra would block money from flowing in.
Followed by 1-1 coaching sessions, we set out your areas of needs and a strategy to overcome what may be holding you back. This includes personalized tools and information.
My Why
When you know better, you do better. I've done the work and am reaping the benefits. It is how I was able to retire at 43, mortgage free. I don't gatekeep. I have the knowledge and am eager to share it with the world, because we are all one and we all deserve to be happy and we all deserve to succeed. I am passionate about empowering people to stand in their personal power.
