I'm Courtney Maier, a Strategic Consciousness Coach. I created the Strategic Consciousness methodology: one that brings the rigour of a corporate strategist to the depths of inner work.
After more than two decades in corporate sales and marketing, including a VP role at Canada's largest media company, I had the career and life that looked exactly right on paper. What that career could never give me was the thing I kept circling: a way to understand the deeper architecture of who I was and what I was actually here to do. So I created it.
Drawing on my training as a Reiki Master and Advanced Pranic Energy Healer, my certification in Intuitive Coaching and Human Design, and twenty years of living and leading through what actually drives human behaviour in high-stakes environments, I developed an approach that is both rigorous and intuitive: structured enough to produce real outcomes, deep enough to address what is actually in the way of success, in however you define it.
The work begins with energy and emotional clearing, moves through Human Design and Identity Frameworks, and lands in a strategic clarity about who you are, what has been shaping you, and what you are here to build.
Clients describe it as the most honest conversation they've ever had with themselves, and the most useful. What follows is a quiet but unmistakable shift: they stop performing who they thought they had to be, and build success on their own terms.

My Approach
No two people arrive at this work the same way, and no two journeys through it look alike. What stays consistent is the process: a carefully sequenced, fully personalized experience that meets you where you are and moves you toward where you are meant to be.
We begin in the body.
Every engagement starts with a Reiki energy session. Before strategy, before goals, before any conversation about what you want to change, we tune into what is actually happening beneath the surface. Your energetic field holds information that your mind has learned to overlook. Blockages in the body, whether physical, emotional, or energetic, quietly shape everything: how you make decisions, what you believe you deserve, how freely life flows toward you. We find them, address them, and clear the way.
Then we get to work.
With the energetic groundwork in place, we move into intuitive coaching and Human Design. This is where the strategic dimension of the work comes in. Together we map who you actually are, what has been shaping you, and what has been quietly holding you back. You will leave each session with clarity, tools, and a personalized strategy that is grounded in your specific design, not a generic framework applied to everyone.
The work impacts all areas of life.
Nothing exists in isolation. A shift in how you see yourself ripples into your relationships, your work, your health, your finances, and how you move through the world every day. This is not compartmentalized coaching. It is an integrated approach that treats your life as the interconnected system it actually is, because that is the only way lasting change happens.

Every session is confidential, judgment-free, and entirely yours. You will be fully seen, honestly supported, and safe. For those who choose to go deeper, the work continues between sessions through check-ins, personalized exercises, and session recaps that keep the momentum alive. The goal is always the same: a life that is unmistakably, unapologetically your own.
Lineage and Giving Back
Healing runs in my family, though not in the way you might expect. My mother Judy was a lawyer long before she fully stepped into her gifts as a gifted Tarot reader and intuitive. My father Lambert spent his career in safety and compliance before discovering his abilities as an Advanced Pranic Energy Healer, a journey we embarked on together. Two professionals who followed the call inward, just as I did.
Together the three of us offer The Trifecta, a session that brings two generations of hard-won healing wisdom to your journey. What we share is not just ability, but lived experience of walking away from one identity to step into a truer one.
This work is also about giving back. Ten percent of all session fees are donated to charity, because healing happens in the collective.
