Strategic Consciousness uses energy healing and intuition to help you better understand yourself—your thought patterns, emotions, behaviors, and relationships—and identify where you may be subconsciously creating barriers. It fosters a deeper awareness and aligns it with meaningful action, enabling you to execute a purposeful plan that leads to prosperity, in however you define success.
It’s a secret weapon to navigate through life more easily. You become proactive rather than reactive, grounded in a sense of calm through the chaos. This is because everything is energy, and energy can be transformed. Energy and intuition work will help you clarify your intentions, remove internal blockages (such as inner saboteurs, imposter syndrome, scarcity mindset, etc.), and develop your inherent intuitive abilities to achieve success.

My Approach
Every client I work with is unique—and so is the journey we take together. That’s why each session is fully customized to meet your specific needs, goals, and energy. I offer a confidential, judgment-free space where you can speak freely, be fully seen, and receive support that’s truly aligned with where you are and where you want to go.
We begin with a Reiki energy session to tune into your energetic field and chakra system, identifying any blockages that may be impacting you on physical, emotional, or energetic levels. For example, a blocked root chakra can affect your sense of stability and prevent abundance—like money or security—from flowing in.
From there, we move into intuitive coaching and energy clearing sessions. Together, we clarify your key areas of growth and co-create a personalized strategy to move beyond what’s been holding you back. You’ll receive tools, guidance, and practices tailored to support deep, sustainable transformation.
I take a whole-life approach—because challenges and breakthroughs in one area (career, relationships, health, or home) always ripple into the others. Whether we’re working on professional development, personal healing, or even your connection with your pet, we’ll work toward full-spectrum alignment. It’s how I was able to retire at 43, mortgage-free, and step fully into a life of purpose and freedom. I don’t believe in gatekeeping.
